Getting help
Start with the help center — you're already here. Use the search bar at the top of the help index to find articles by keyword. Common searches: "cron", "BYOK", "Google Ads", "cancel subscription", "browser extension".
Check the changelog — we ship often. The changelog lists what has changed recently; if a feature suddenly looks different, it's usually documented there.
Email the team — for anything not answered by the docs, email team@magistermarketing.com. Include your team name, the project you were working in, and a short description of what you were trying to do.
When reporting a bug — it helps a lot if you include: the time it happened (rough is fine), the project name, what you asked the agent, and any error message you saw. Screenshots or a short screen recording go a long way.
