Plan and write 7 days of social posts across your chosen platforms.
A real workflow from the Magister template catalog — the same steps a dedicated agent executes for your brand, shown in full before you run anything.
Search social media and news sources for trending conversations, hashtags, and angles related to topic focus. Identify what is resonating with audiences right now on platforms, note any viral formats or hooks, and shortlist 5 angles that brand name could authentically own.
Design a balanced 7-day posting plan across platforms. Mix content types: 2–3 educational posts (tips, how-tos, data points), 1–2 promotional posts (product or service spotlight), and 2–3 engagement posts (questions, polls, behind-the-scenes). Map one post per day and note which platform each is primary for.
Write the full post copy for all 7 days. For each post adapt the copy to the norms of the target platform from platforms — conversational and short for Twitter/X, professional and insight-driven for LinkedIn, visual and hashtag-rich for Instagram. Include the hook in the first line, keep body copy tight, and end with a question or CTA where appropriate.
For each post, add 3–5 relevant hashtags sourced from your research. Include at least one brand hashtag for brand name if applicable. Recommend the optimal posting time per platform based on standard engagement research (e.g. LinkedIn: Tue–Thu 8–10am, Instagram: Tue/Wed 11am or 7pm). Format the full calendar in a table: Day | Platform | Copy | Hashtags | Time.
Magister workflows draft and prepare autonomously, but anything externally visible — publishing a page, sending an email, changing a campaign — waits for your approval. You can run this template once, or schedule it and review the results as they land.
