Generate 20+ SEO-optimized pages at scale from a template and data source.
A real workflow from the Magister template catalog — the same steps a dedicated agent executes for your brand, shown in full before you run anything.
Define the canonical template for template topic pages. Specify the page sections: hero (title + one-line value prop), key information section (3–5 facts or attributes pulled from data source), comparison or alternatives section, FAQ (3–5 questions), and CTA. Identify which elements are static across all pages and which slots will be filled by the data source variable.
List every variable slot in the template (e.g. location, industry, use case) derived from data source. For each slot define: the data type, the source or how it will be populated, and any fallback value if data is missing. Also define the URL slug pattern (e.g. /tools/template topic-for-location) and the H1 title pattern.
Using the template structure and variable slots, generate 20 distinct page briefs — one per data source variation. For each brief list: the target URL slug, the H1 title, the primary keyword and estimated monthly search volume (research where possible), and a 2-sentence unique angle that differentiates this page from the others. Ensure no two briefs target the same keyword cluster.
Write complete page copy for the first 5 briefs from your list — these will validate the template before scaling. For each page: write the full body following the template structure, fill all variable slots with real data from data source, write a unique intro paragraph (no copy-paste between pages), and complete the FAQ with page-specific questions. Each page should be 400–600 words.
Produce a publishing checklist and scaling guide for the remaining 15 pages. Include: content review criteria (what makes a page ready to publish), internal linking strategy (how pages in the batch should link to each other and to pillar pages on website url), indexing checklist (sitemap update, canonical tags, schema), and a recommended publishing cadence (e.g. 5 pages per week) to avoid thin-content penalties.
Consolidate the completed work into one complete markdown report and record the durable finding with the native magister_submit_workflow_completion tool. The report file must contain the full report content — never a placeholder.
Magister workflows draft and prepare autonomously, but anything externally visible — publishing a page, sending an email, changing a campaign — waits for your approval. You can run this template once, or schedule it and review the results as they land.
