Inviting members
Team owners and team admins can invite new members. Go to Settings → Team Settings → Members and enter an email address. The invitee receives an email with a link; when they accept, they join your team as a member by default.
Pending invites — invites that haven't been accepted yet appear in the same members list. You can revoke a pending invite if you sent it by mistake.
Changing a member's role — open the member row and change their role to owner, admin, or member. There can only be one owner at a time; transferring ownership moves the previous owner to admin.
Project-level membership — being on the team does not automatically put someone in every project. Add them to specific projects under Settings → Project Settings → Members. Team owners and team admins are implicitly in every project and don't need to be added.
Removing someone — removing a member from a project only takes them out of that project. Removing them from the team removes them everywhere. Revoking access does not delete anything they created — chats, files, and workflows stay on the project.
