Slack
Slack in Magister is primarily used for support and for workflow notifications.
Slack Connect with the team — if you'd like a direct Slack channel with the Magister team, use the Get Slack option in the app header. This opens a Slack Connect channel between your workspace and ours. It's the fastest way to get in touch for enterprise-y questions, weird bugs, or longer-form feedback that doesn't fit email.
Workflow notifications (your workspace) — Magister can send workflow completion notifications to your own Slack workspace. When a scheduled workflow finishes, a message with a link back to the run can be posted to a channel of your choice.
What isn't here yet — Slack is not currently in the main Connections picker as a user-workspace integration the way GitHub or HubSpot are. If you want your agent to post into Slack as part of a chat (not a scheduled workflow notification), email team@magistermarketing.com — we'll prioritize based on demand.
