Browser troubleshooting
Extension not connecting — the most common cause is that you installed the extension but haven't opened a Magister tab since. Open the extension page in a normal Magister-logged-in tab; the auto-connect should fire. If it doesn't, click Reconnect on that page.
Wrong project in the popup — the extension remembers the last project you were in. If you recently created or switched projects and the popup still shows the old one, click the Magister icon in Chrome and pick the correct project.
"No projects available" in the popup — this usually means the extension is signed in as a different account than the Magister tab. Sign out of the Magister tab, sign back in as the correct account, and then open the extension page to re-trigger auto-connect.
Extension showing as "not installed" in Magister — Chrome may have disabled it. Open chrome://extensions and make sure Magister is enabled and has access to the sites you care about.
Full reset — remove the extension from chrome://extensions, reinstall from the Chrome Web Store, then open the extension page in Magister to re-run auto-connect. This clears any cached state and gets you a fresh install.
Still stuck — email team@magistermarketing.com with the Chrome version, your project name, and a screenshot of the extension popup.
