Seats and invitations
The free trial includes one seat. Connect and Agent each include 5 organization seats.
Additional seat price — each seat above the included allowance is $25/month or $250/year, matching the subscription's billing cadence. It adds 1,250 credits every month to the organization allowance on either cadence.
Before inviting — pending invitations count when Magister decides whether the next invite crosses the included allowance, so the confirmation dialog can show the expected billing impact before you send it. Monthly subscriptions show the monthly seat SKU; annual subscriptions show the annual seat SKU and annual amount.
When billing starts — the paid seat line item starts when the invitee accepts, not when the invitation email is sent. Revoking an unaccepted invitation does not add a billed member.
Removing a member — removing a paid member reduces the seat quantity and removes the corresponding recurring line item. Stripe applies the subscription adjustment.
Organization owners and admins manage organization invitations. Brand membership controls which brands a member can access; it does not create a second organization seat for the same person.
