Coordinate a blog post, social content, email, and ad copy for a product launch.
A real workflow from the Magister template catalog — the same steps a dedicated agent executes for your brand, shown in full before you run anything.
Write a 600–900 word launch announcement blog post for product name. Open with a story or problem statement that resonates with target audience, introduce the product and its key benefit, detail 3 core features with real use cases, and end with a clear CTA (try it / sign up / learn more). Include a proposed SEO title and meta description.
Write 7 social posts: 1 launch day announcement post (adaptable for LinkedIn and Twitter/X) that creates excitement and links to the blog post; 3 follow-up posts for Days 2–5 that each highlight a different feature or benefit; and 3 engagement posts for the following week (e.g. 'What would you build with product name?'). Include suggested visuals or video hooks for each.
Write a launch announcement email to existing users or subscribers. Subject line should create excitement without overselling. Body: personal greeting, why we built product name, what it means for them specifically, 2–3 bullet-point benefits, and a single clear CTA. Keep it under 300 words. Write a plain-text version too.
Write paid ad copy for product name: 3 Google Ads headlines (under 30 characters each), 2 Google Ads descriptions (under 90 characters each), 2 Meta/Facebook ad primary text variants (under 125 characters), and 2 LinkedIn sponsored content intro text variants (under 150 characters). Each ad should target target audience and test a different hook (curiosity, benefit, social proof).
Compile a pre-launch and post-launch checklist for product name launching on launch date. Include: T-7 days (blog post drafted and reviewed, email scheduled, ads approved), T-1 day (all assets staged, team briefed), Launch day (publish blog, send email, post social, activate ads), T+3 days (monitor metrics, respond to comments), T+7 days (send follow-up nurture email, analyse results). Format as a table with date offsets, task, owner placeholder, and status column.
Magister workflows draft and prepare autonomously, but anything externally visible — publishing a page, sending an email, changing a campaign — waits for your approval. You can run this template once, or schedule it and review the results as they land.
