Working plan items and measuring impact
Each plan item is more than a title. Open it to see its funnel stage, channel, due date, expected impact, estimated spend, supporting evidence, dependencies, blockers, and the metric it is meant to move.
Prioritization — order reflects the current plan's evidence and constraints. A high-impact task may still sit behind a dependency or outside the saved budget and weekly bandwidth.
Execution — Agent starts a focused hosted session from Work on now. Connect copies a kickoff prompt for your own assistant. External changes still follow the brand's ask-before policy.
Status and blockers — keep the item status current as work moves forward. Record blockers and follow-up evidence so the plan remains an execution record rather than a static strategy document.
Measured impact — when execution creates a trackable artifact or changes a connected metric, Magister can connect the result back to the plan. Use Analytics → Marketing Impact to review shipped work and performance, and experiment trackers for a specific baseline and goal.
