Sessions and history

The left sidebar is your history. Everything the agent has worked on in the current project shows up there, grouped by date and type.

Session types you'll see:

- Chat — a normal conversation you started

- Workflow run — a scheduled or manually triggered workflow execution

- Email — the agent drafting, approving, and sending an email

- Browser — the agent using the Chrome extension to act on a page

- Skill — the agent running a specific skill (e.g., a research or content skill)

- Files — a session focused on reading or writing files

Opening an old session — click any entry to reopen it. The full transcript loads and you can continue the conversation right where it left off. Context is preserved.

Starting a new chat — click New chat at the top of the sidebar. This creates a fresh session with no prior history. Use this when you want the agent to forget the current thread, or when you've just connected a new integration and want the agent to pick it up.

Search — the sidebar has a search box that searches across your session titles.
